I was originally born in Hong Kong and moved to the States when I was 7. I moved here before Hong Kong was handed back over to China so I am still a Queen’s man at heart (still have my old British passport and everything)!
I’m currently attending school for Finance, but it’s going slow because I am also working full-time as an underwriter. For a lot of people it sounds like a really dry and tedious job and for the most part it is. But fortunately for me, I like the numbers involved and I find my work interesting.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, reading, video games, and of course, cigars. My first cigar was about eight years ago and I had them occasionally. I really got into the hobby about 8-9 months ago when I stumbled upon Cigar.com and the forums. Before that, I never knew the work that went into a good cigar, from the planting of tobacco to the creation of blends. The whole process fascinates me and I am always looking to learn more about it. This is why I am excited about being about to participate as a reviewer.
